Evidence over claims

A project becomes useful proof when its context, decisions, status, and lessons are visible.

A list of technologies does not explain whether a project was useful. A polished screen does not prove that a product was validated.

Useful project proof shows the full context:

  • the problem being explored;
  • why it was worth attention;
  • the system that was designed;
  • what was actually implemented;
  • what happened;
  • what remains uncertain.

Status labels matter because they protect the meaning of the evidence. An experiment can demonstrate learning without pretending to be a production system. A paused project can still show a better decision.

Proof is strongest when a visitor can distinguish what exists, what was learned, and what has not yet been measured.
